Group and Employee Benefits Support

Originally coming from the Fiji Islands in 2007, I have worked within the financial services industry ever since. My combined experience over the years has been in insurance and business administration. I always have a high focus on ensuring our corporate clients have peace of mind knowing their staff are being well looked after. Whether it be adding new members onto benefits, continuing their cover when they leave or assisting them with a claim, I will ensure businesses and staff have the support when they need it most. I know first-hand the benefits of an Employer having in place an Employee Benefits package and how it can significantly help people’s financial wellbeing and health. When I am not in the office or spending time with my family, you’ll find me pottering in the garden or in the kitchen trying to perfect a new cuisine.

I am passionate about providing exceptional service in all aspects of my role. When I am not working you will find me enjoying time out with my partner and kids, hanging out with friends, at the beach with my dog, or being a nerd and gaming for hours!

Toni Dodds

General Manager – Standards & Quality Assurance

I'm Toni, Quality & Assurance Manager for Lifetime. I am passionate about professionalism in all aspects. It’s important to me to deliver a high-quality experience both to our clients and our team members - of course while ensuring we meet ongoing legislative and regulatory obligations. I really enjoy helping our team grow in this ever changing industry so they are armed with knowledge and have the tools they need in order to take care of our clients and work in a well-oiled team.
To that end, I involve myself in as many areas of the industry as I can. I am an active member of both the Institute of Directors and also Financial Advice NZ (our industry body), and sit on the Advisory Council for Financial Disputes Resolution Service. I have also been involved in assisting NZQA with the development of the NZ Certificate in Financial Services, which is our Industry qualification and I co-facilitate some industry training opportunities when required. In my down time I love to be outside. I live at the beach, so you will either find me in my garden or in the water enjoying our NZ lifestyle with family and friends.

Christine King

Quality Assurance Lead, Privacy Officer

I joined the financial services industry in 2005 and have been specialising in insurance since 2008. I'm passionate about learning and development and am always willing to help our advisers upskill themselves, working through their client strategies with them, and making sure that they have the support they need to give our clients a great experience. Outside of Lifetime I enjoy spending time with my family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, getting stuck into a good book and travelling. If I'm not at home you can find me down at the Stadium cheering on the Hurricanes, or at one of Wellington's great little cafes or bars catching up with friends.

Good day, my name is Suz and I am originally from Darwin born and raised in Northern Territory Australia where its constantly hot if not hotter than the safari desert.
I have been in the customers service industry for over ten years and have spent most of my time in hospitality from silver service to managing restaurants throughout New Zealand and Australia. Foremost I love helping people and it gives me great pleasure when a client or customer has their expectations exceeded. I believe that going above and beyond is essential with helping people meet their goals and objectives in life.
