I believe it’s very important to have a plan for your future wealth and things you want to achieve or do. It gives us purpose and something to aim for. However nothing is guaranteed in life and I’m passionate to help people make sure there is a back up plan when things go wrong. I like to take the worry away for my clients and become that trusted person that has their back.

For the past 10 years I have worked with Mike O'Donnell of Central Brokers Insurance Limited specialising in the group market of the Financial Services industry. We merged with Lifetime Group Limited in 2018. I am now the Employee Benefit Adviser for the Wellington region, working in the team of the group insurance market of Lifetime helping our clients get the best benefits for their employees and set up employee benefit programmes.

I emigrated to New Zealand when I was only 14 years old with my parents. My father was an officer in the Royal Air Force, so with that said, I also have a passion for military history. I have been in the Financial industry since 2002. I have worked for two of New Zealand's major banks in the lending space which is one of my other passions - lending. I love helping Kiwi's get into their first home, building their dream home or entering the investment rental market.

I have been in the insurance and superannuation industry since 1970.I am a qualified Associate member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, as well as an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA). The area that I specialise in is employee benefits, where I assist corporate clients with their insurance and superannuation requirements.

I am an Authorised Financial Adviser having worked in the financial services industry since 1989. I strive to add value to all my client relationships by taking the time to really understand what is most important to them. Since joining Lifetime in April 2016 I have enjoyed meeting and helping many clients and their families protect the things in their lives that are most important to them.

Early in my career I discovered I loved investments. I spent the next 30+ years working my way across the global financial markets first in the US, then the UK and now in NZ. During my career I gained valuable experience as a security analyst, risk manager, fixed income trader, fund manager and for the last 15 years, providing financial advice in New Zealand. I specialise in helping my clients prepare for retirement whether that be building a custom plan from scratch or just fine-tuning an existing plan.

I love my job. Working with people to help them make smart decisions with their money is very rewarding. I look to help with financial planning as well as investment advice so that clients can achieve the goals that are important to them. A particular focus for me is socially responsible investing – investing in ethical and sustainable ways. Not only does this help clients feel good about they way they invest, it tends to line up with their values.

I am a Registered Financial Adviser. As such, I help people to protect what is important to them, whether it's family, or business, from the potential financial losses associated with sickness, disability or dying. With over 25 years of experience as an adviser you can rely on my knowledge and life experience to ensure that we provide the best solutions to risk management.

After growing up in Fiji, I moved to New Zealand in 2007 and have worked within the financial services industry ever since. My husband and I enjoy Wellington for all it has to offer and when I'm not at work, I'm baking my infamous carrot cake. I welcome a challenge and enjoy helping clients navigate through what we do here at Lifetime. That often involves, advocating on their behalf during difficult circumstances and managing their relationship with our advisers. The most rewarding part for me is pushing for great outcomes and being able to share that good news.

Christine King

Quality & Assurance Co-ordinator

I've been working in financial services for the last 15 years, with 12 of those specialising in insurance. Over the years my skill set has grown to the point that I'm happy taking on anything that's thrown at me, and can't resist a new challenge.

I like to make sure that the right money ends up in the right hands, at the right time. I work closely with my clients to navigate through the claim process, liaising with providers and clients to negotiate a quick and (hopefully) positive outcome for everyone "when things go wrong". That leaves you to focus on the important things like rest, recovery and readjusting.

I'm also passionate about learning and development and am always willing to help our advisers upskill themselves, working through their client strategies with them, and making sure that they have the support they need to give our clients a great experience.

Outside of Lifetime I enjoy spending time with my family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, getting stuck into a good book and travelling. If I'm not at home you can find me down at the Stadium cheering on the Hurricanes, or at one of Wellington's great little cafes or bars catching up with friends.

Jason Vuppula

Jason is our new team member at Camelot and is part of our friendly Client Care Centre. Jason completed his study in Marketing and International business at Victoria University in Wellington and has over 10 years experience working in Client Services, Marketing and Sales. He is passionate about helping and providing quality customer service and solutions. Jason also loves to run, lift weights and watch movies in his spare time.

Frances Cummings

Client Services

Frances has been with Camelot through its numerous guises since the beginning. She is the most experienced (age wise) in the branch office. She helps to look after the Wellington advisers and their clients.

Elle Namana

Client Services

Elle is our new team member at Camelot and is part of our friendly Client Care Centre. Eager to put her outstanding people skills to task, Elle previously worked in the world of retail where she has 4 years experience dealing with customers. Outside of work, Elle enjoys exploring her city and spending time with family and friends.

Keanan Beyers

Client Services

Keanan joined Camelot in June 2017. He has been involved in household, car and medical insurance and has over 18 years experience in working in call centres and customer service. While at Camelot he is studying to be an AFA and is working in the Client Care Centre, where he is passionate in helping our clients. Keanan has lived and worked in the UK and is a keen traveler. In his spare time he loves to listen to music, surround himself with people and play sport, tennis is his favourite.

Melody leads and manages the area of employee benefits – helping business and corporate clients to set up their employee benefits programme. A programne that is valued by employers and employees, through group risk, group health, group superannuation and financial education programmes. She believes that everyone benefits from having a trusted person to help them on their financial journey.

Cha Poulopoulos

Client Services

Cha joined Lifetime in April 2016 after deciding she wanted a change of career. Previously Cha was managing a popular busy café and was known for building a good rapport with customers due to her cheerful, positive attitude, whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
