I believe it’s very important to have a plan for your future wealth and things you want to achieve or do. It gives us purpose and something to aim for. However nothing is guaranteed in life and I’m passionate to help people make sure there is a back up plan when things go wrong. I like to take the worry away for my clients and become that trusted person that has their back.
It's amazing what can be achieved when we sit down and talk.

For the past 10 years I have worked with Mike O'Donnell of Central Brokers Insurance Limited specialising in the group market for the Financial Services industry. We merged with Lifetime Group Limited in 2018. I am now the Group and Employee Benefits Specialist for the Wellington region, working in the team of the group insurance market of Lifetime, helping our clients get the best benefits for their employees and set up employee benefit programmes. I live in the beautiful Wairarapa, love spending time with family and friends, and acknowledge how lucky we are enjoying the rivers, outdoors, gorgeous vineyards and cafes that surround us.
I hail from the southern end of the UK, Cornwall, famous for fishing, tin mining and pirates... I am married to Tracey, and we have three boys Zekaryah, Elisha and Ephrayhim. My boys and I love to hunt and fish, and most importantly follow the Liverpool Football team (in the wee hours of the morning to), and locally the Wellington Phoenix.
I am a Financial Adviser having worked in the financial services industry since 1989. I strive to add value to all my client relationships by taking the time to really understand what is most important to them. Since joining Lifetime in April 2016 I have enjoyed meeting and helping many clients and their families protect the things in their lives that are most important to them.
Early in my career I discovered I loved investments. I spent the next 30+ years working my way across the global financial markets first in the US, then the UK and now in NZ. During my career I gained valuable experience as a security analyst, risk manager, fixed income trader, fund manager and for the last 15 years, providing financial advice in New Zealand. I specialise in helping my clients prepare for retirement whether that be building a custom plan from scratch or just fine-tuning an existing plan.
I love my job. Working with people to help them make smart decisions with their money is very rewarding. I look to help with financial planning as well as investment advice so that clients can achieve the goals that are important to them. A particular focus for me is socially responsible investing – investing in ethical and sustainable ways. Not only does this help clients feel good about they way they invest, it tends to line up with their values.
I help people to protect what is important to them, whether it is family, or business, from the potential financial losses associated with sickness, disability or dying. With over 25 years of experience as an adviser you can rely on my knowledge and life experience to ensure that we provide the best solutions to risk management.
Melody leads and manages the area of Employee Benefits – helping business and corporate clients to set up their employee benefits programme. A programme that is valued by employers and employees, through group risk, group health, group superannuation and financial education programmes. She believes that everyone benefits from having a trusted person to help them on their financial journey.
Hi, I'm Maria. There are different things that make people get out of bed and enjoy life. For me (apart from the 3rd snooze button), it's my family and my work. My family, because they are the most precious thing in life to me, and my work, because I love what I do. Although numbers and charts didn't seem like the most exciting thing in the world when I entered the world of financial services somewhat 16 years ago, when I realised that it all comes down to people, their dreams and how they can get there, this is what made me so passionate about my work.
Raised in Wellington I come from a small family (just me and my old man), I am so very blessed to have a large group of amazing friends that more than make up for it! You'll find me in a kitchen cooking up a storm, eating out with friends and solving the worlds problems over a glass or two of something nice or plotting a trip up north so I can get at the beach.
Quality & Assurance Co-ordinator
I joined the financial services industry in 2005 and have been specialising in insurance since 2008. I'm passionate about learning and development and am always willing to help our advisers upskill themselves, working through their client strategies with them, and making sure that they have the support they need to give our clients a great experience. Outside of Lifetime I enjoy spending time with my family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, getting stuck into a good book and travelling. If I'm not at home you can find me down at the Stadium cheering on the Hurricanes, or at one of Wellington's great little cafes or bars catching up with friends.
Trainee Financial Adviser
People are my passion and client satisfaction is my aim! I have over 20 years customer service and sales experience, in 3 different countries. This has contributed to me being a well-rounded individual when it comes to superior service to clients of all walks of life.
I am an enthusiastic and hard-working person who is dedicated in creating a pleasant and efficient working relationship with my Lifetime colleagues and our clients. I believe in building outstanding client rapport whist maintaining a cheerful, positive attitude. Outside of work I am a devoted wifey and mama and I love reconnecting with nature while taking my dogs out for a walk.
Good day, my name is Suz and I am originally from Darwin born and raised in Northern Territory Australia where its constantly hot if not hotter than the safari desert.
I have been in the customers service industry for over ten years and have spent most of my time in hospitality from silver service to managing restaurants throughout New Zealand and Australia. Foremost I love helping people and it gives me great pleasure when a client or customer has their expectations exceeded. I believe that going above and beyond is essential with helping people meet their goals and objectives in life.
I joined Lifetime in 2018 as a member of our Client Care Centre and have now moved on to become an Adviser Support. I work alongside Hans and Brenden in Wellington, helping their clients with anything and everything in the insurance space (occasionally Kiwisaver). To me, the best part of the job is seeing how much a piece of good advice can change the course of someone’s life.
Quality & Assurance Manager
I'm Toni, Quality & Assurance Manager for Lifetime. I am passionate about professionalism in all aspects. It’s important to me to deliver a high-quality experience both to our clients and our team members - of course while ensuring we meet ongoing legislative and regulatory obligations. I really enjoy helping our team grow in this ever changing industry so they are armed with knowledge and have the tools they need in order to take care of our clients and work in a well-oiled team.
To that end, I involve myself in as many areas of the industry as I can. I am an active member of both the Institute of Directors and also Financial Advice NZ (our industry body), and sit on the Advisory Council for Financial Disputes Resolution Service. I have also been involved in assisting NZQA with the development of the NZ Certificate in Financial Services, which is our Industry qualification and I co-facilitate some industry training opportunities when required. In my down time I love to be outside. I live at the beach, so you will either find me in my garden or in the water enjoying our NZ lifestyle with family and friends.
Group and Employee Benefits Support
Originally coming from the Fiji Islands in 2007, I have worked within the financial services industry ever since. My combined experience over the years has been in insurance and business administration. I always have a high focus on ensuring our corporate clients have peace of mind knowing their staff are being well looked after. Whether it be adding new members onto benefits, continuing their cover when they leave or assisting them with a claim, I will ensure businesses and staff have the support when they need it most. I know first-hand the benefits of an Employer having in place an Employee Benefits package and how it can significantly help people’s financial wellbeing and health. When I am not in the office or spending time with my family, you’ll find me pottering in the garden or in the kitchen trying to perfect a new cuisine.
