All Financial Advice Providers are required to be a member of an approved Disputes Resolution Scheme. In the unlikely event where we are unable to find a resolution, you can contact the our DRS, Financial Disputes Resolution Services. They are an independent, not-for-profit external dispute resolution scheme that may be able to assist you in resolving the matter at no cost.
