I started off in Private Banking in 2004 and in total have 10 years relationship management experience within the financial industry dealing with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals. I believe all clients deserve world class service. Sometimes all a client wants to hear is if they will be OK. Spending time with clients to fully understand their wants, needs and aspirations makes me tick. Doing right by my clients and having the satisfaction of knowing I made a difference in their lives is why I do this job.

I am the Adviser Support for the advisers in Manawatu. I am there to help keep the office running with all the paperwork that is required and to ensure our clients understand how we can help them. I think it is important to take time out for ourselves outside of the office - so I enjoy the time I spend with my husband and teenage daughters. I pride myself on ensuring our clients receive the service they deserve. I think its important to have clear communication with both advisers and clients to ensure the tasks get done in a timely manner. I always like to remember and work on the motto "treat others how I would like to be treated".
