Lifetime will collect personal information you provide us concerning you, your company, Partnership, or Trust to provide you with the services you request. As such, you consent to receive electronic messages and information regarding your needs and any services or promotions offered by Lifetime. This authorisation also meets the requirements under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Any information you provide us may be held, used and disclosed to enable any business you have or may wish to have, to be processed, serviced, maintained or advised on. We will also disclose information you provide us to assist with insurance contracts where special acceptance conditions are applicable.
This information is held at our offices and on our systems, some of which are cloud-based. Lifetime may be obliged to disclose information by law, under Court Orders or Statutory Notices. We may also disclose information to industry regulators or independent compliance personnel as part of Lifetime’s requirements to meet the regulatory and industry standards.
SECTION 4 - SILVERSTRIPE
Our website is hosted with SilverStripe Ltd. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to promote our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through SilverStripe’s data storage, databases and the general SilverStripe application. They website your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

If our website is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
