Lifetime Book Club Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to current clients of Lifetime. Entrants must be residents of New Zealand with a valid New Zealand postal address.
2. Prize
The prize is one (1) copy of the current Book Blub book. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
3. How to Enter
Eligible clients must enter the giveaway by completing the online entry form on the Lifetime website. Limit of one (1) entry per client.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on the date of announcement and closes at 11:59pm on the 30th of each month.
5. Selection and Notification of Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Shipping
The prize will be mailed to the winner's provided New Zealand address. Lifetime is not responsible for any delay or loss during shipping.
7. Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the authors or publishing companies of the books as part of Lifetime Book Club.
8. General Conditions
Lifetime reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Lifetime's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lifetime website.
10. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.
11. Disputes & Amendments
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lifetime is final.
Lifetime reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
