I was born and raised in Cardiff, South Wales and moved to New Zealand in 2005. I have approximately ten years of experience in the insurance industry. This includes working as a Broker in Fire and General and as a Senior Broker Support in Commercial insurance. I also worked in Underwriting for a major insurer, and I previously worked for Lifetime as a Paraplanner. I am extremely client-focused and pride myself on providing professional, quality and friendly service. I like to build a rapport and a relationship with clients so that I can fully understand how I can help them with their requirements and ensuring that this relationship is built on trust and honesty.
My main passion is my ever-growing family which comprises of five grown children, eight Grandsons and two gorgeous dogs, Oxo and Monty, who are actually like our children.
I am also passionate on making sure that clients are felt valued and are happy and satisfied with the service I provide them.
