I was born and raised in Cardiff, South Wales and moved to New Zealand in 2005. I have approximately ten years of experience in the insurance industry. This includes working as a Broker in Fire and General and as a Senior Broker Support in Commercial insurance. I also worked in Underwriting for a major Insurer, and I previously worked for Lifetime as a Paraplanner. I am extremely client focused and pride myself on providing professional, quality and friendly service. I like to build a rapport and a relationship with clients so that I can fully understand how I can help them with their requirements and ensuring that this relationship is built on trust and honesty.
My main passion is my ever growing family which comprises of five grown children, eight Grandsons and two gorgeous dogs, Oxo and Monty, who are actually like our children.
I am also passionate on making sure that clients are felt valued and are happy and satisfied with the service I provide them.
