Clive specialises in securing finance to assist with property purchases, and is committed to a high level of service in ensuring that any lending solution is tailored to meet your financial needs and goals. Clive is in the business of providing a positive experience, and finding the best possible solution. This process often starts with the simple question, “how much can I borrow?”.
Circumstances will change, and Clive’s valued experience is provided as an on-going service to ensure that clients can benefit from a financial package that best moulds around these changes and that financial goals and objectives continue to be met.
Clive enjoyed a 32 year career with National Bank, 20 of those years as a Bank Manager. He has a depth of experience in banking, and a sound understanding of bank policy and procedure. National Bank core values encouraged Clive to truly care about the financial wellbeing of others, and Clive’s testimony from clients attest to the positive experiences clients have enjoyed.
Clive is married to Sharon, and has three lovely Daughters. He enjoys being a supportive husband and father with strong family values. He has always been an active sportsman, and continues with a passion for sailing on his own boat, and actively coaches a senior ladies hockey team in the Tauranga competition over winter. Clive has also coached swimming and squash following competitive stints in those codes too, and dabbles in a bit of golf. Recently, Clive and Sharon acquired a motorhome, and are able to enjoy the stunning scenery on offer in some of the more remote parts of our beautiful country.

OPINION: Whether it’s a bach at the beach, house in the suburbs or small apartment in the city, the prospect of owning an investment property has long been part of the Kiwi dream.
According to Statistics New Zealand, residential property now accounts for 32 per cent of all Kiwis’ investments (as at March 2017) – making it the highest share of investment New Zealand has seen in 45 years. This comes despite concerns about primary residential home ownership levels.
