Sharon Glover

Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team

Sharon has been with Lifetime since its inception, initially as a ParaPlanner, and has over 27 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Her current role is Executive Assistant to the CEO.

The focus of her role is assisting the CEO and Senior Management Team with various projects and tasks as well as maintaining extensive knowledge of the key details of the business. She is dedicated to making the lives of the busy executives easier.

She is Christchurch born and raised. In her time away from the office Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her husband Gavin and their two children, Fynn and Dexter. She also enjoys baking (without the children!) and gardening.

Fiona Moffat

Administration Manager

Fiona joined the finance team at Lifetime in 2014. New to the insurance industry she bought with her a wide range of commercial experience in accounts, administration and process improvement. As well as supporting the finance team she works closely with the entire management team.

Fiona and her partner, Steve, enjoy travelling whenever the opportunity arises; particularly going to the World Cup every four years. They share their home with Katie, a retired Greyhound.

Kiri Talbot

Administration Resource Manager

Kiri has been in the industry for over 16 years, 6 of which have been with Lifetime Group doing a variety of roles from Personal Assistant, Financial Adviser, Office Manager,Regional Operations Supervisor and most recently appointed Administration Resource Manager. Kiri's main purpose is to ensure the efficiency with which our Administration Staff nationwide deliver assistance to our Adviser team, training of staff around processes/compliance and supporting the National Operations Manager and the wider Operations team.

In her spare time, Kiri enjoys spending time with her family, watching their sport games and playing Touch Rugby, representing Canterbury during her 20 years of playing the sport. Over the years Kiri has managed a school boys Rugby League team and managed 3 Touch Rugby teams, 1 of which she continues to do so.

Ismail Zahir

Process & Compliance Manager

Born in the Maldives Islands, Ismail has been living in New Zealand for the last 12 years. He came here for further studies, met his wife and has now made New Zealand his home.

He has been involved in the insurance industry for the last 8 years, and initially gained experience working for one of the largest insurance providers in the country. During the 6 years he worked there, he developed his skills in various aspects of the industry and found a passion for Risk Management. He joined Lifetime Group Limited in 2014 and continues to achieve great success. He is currently our Compliance and Process Manager, an essential role for the company which ensures that all Financial Advisers follow regulations, and place the interests of the client first.

Ismail is currently studying for his National Certificate in Financial Services. In his spare time he enjoys long runs in the west Auckland Waitakere Ranges, plane spotting, traveling, and social media. At least once a year he likes to go home to Maldives, to visit his family and go fishing.
